To differentiate us from our competitors, SERVPRO has instilled a 1-4-8 service response guideline for all franchises to aid every customer. These guidelines are as follows:
1 – Within one hour from notice of a loss, our SERVPRO professionals will contact you to arrange for service. This one hour takes into account the 30 minutes for our Call Center to dispatch the loss and another 30 minutes for the franchise to call the customer.
4 – Within four hours of loss notification, a SERVPRO professional will be on-site to start mitigation services if necessary.
8 – Within eight business hours of on-site arrival, a verbal briefing of the scope will be communicated to the proper person. Our franchise will commit to providing this verbal briefing to the adjuster within these 8 hours.
Our SERVPRO professionals will work hard and fast to restore your property and its contents to preloss condition.
