Did you know each SERVPRO franchise is independently owned and operated? SERVPRO of Glen Burnie is owned by Diane and Nick Whittles. Both Diane and Nick have spent her entire life in Anne Arundel County, and are proud of the business they’ve created.

Diane became the owner of SERVPRO of Annapolis/Severna Park after her husband passed away in 2012.  All of our franchises are a woman-owned minority business enterprise and certified by the state of Maryland.  Since Diane’s time at the helm, she has grown the business exponentially. In 2018, she purchased her third SERVPRO franchise, SERVPRO OF Pasadena/Gibson Island/Lake Shore and in September 2020, she partnered with her son Nick to purchase SERVPRO of Glen Burnie.

SERVPRO of Annapolis/Severna Park has been so successful because of the team Diane has put together. The team is well-trained and highly educated. Team members communicate well with each other and work hard to ensure customer satisfaction. This is why our customers work with SERVPRO of Annapolis/Severna Park and now, SERVPRO of Glen Burnie.
